Why FOMO Berlin?

For my weekend activities, I enjoy visiting the site Mit Vergnügen to discover cultural events, happening on the weekend. I always felt a bit frustrated 😤 that there was nothing similar to this for tech events and builders like us 🧑‍💻 

So whenever I discovered a cool event, I shared it with my friends to provide us with a great opportunity to meet in person.

With FOMO Berlin, I simply aim to solve my own problem 😎 and make it just a bit easier to share all cool events with my friends 🤓

What did you FOMO last week?

So without further ado, this is what we can look forward to this week (28/3-2/4):

Tuesday 28th

• SET Tech Festival 2023 🍃 - a one-day event bringing together a global network of innovators shaping the future of energy, for startups, innovators, and organizations to meet and participate in inspiring panels, workshops, and matchmaking sessions.

• Reaktor Startup Lounge - You always thought about founding your own startup but didn't know where to begin. The Startup Lounge is your entry point into the startup world 🤯

Wednesday 29th

Friday 31st

• Fred Sandback Simple Facts - The Hamburger Bahnhof is presenting its first solo museum exhibition of installation artist Fred Sandback in Berlin 🗽 "Simple Facts" shows a selection of installations and conceptual drawings by the artist from more than three decades.

• Check Out Drinks: Futuresonic - Factory Berlin is hosting A celebration of women in all of their glorious forms with a lineup of legendary women in sound. All of International Women’s Month, Factory Berlin celebrated amazing women. Let’s end the month with this 💥

Saturday 1st

• Ambivalent - Group exhibition Grand opening at Notagallery - The group exhibition “ambivalent” invites you to take the time to embrace all artworks created by national and international artists who share their perspectives with us, in order to inspire us to reflect on them in this special venue and its surroundings 🎨

• Live Fashion Show @hbf - If you want to attend a free fashion show at the central station, this one is for you! 🧥 7 exciting brands are presenting their spring/summer 2023 collection at the lower level, accompanied by cool tunes from 🎧 DJ HELMO.

Sunday 2nd

• Generali Berlin Half Marathon - The Generali Berlin half marathon is one of the biggest half-marathon events in the world! If you’re not running, do yourself the favour and go to the streets to cheer for the runners. If you are one of the amazing runners, I wish you the best of luck 🏃‍♂️

• Flowmarkt Nowkoelln - The popular flohmarkt just opened yesterday, look forward to great Sundays from now until November - with great food, cool second-hand finds, and a great weekend mood from everyone there 😎
